Data extraction tools for financial documents

“I need the data out of this document.”

A financial document arrives locked: its numbers are trapped inside a PDF where you can't total or sort them. The tools in this group open it up and turn it into data you can work with.

Why this group

A PDF doesn't store a “table” in the sense you picture. It stores words, each with a coordinate on the page. That's why ordinary copy and paste fails: the numbers come out scattered with no columns. The extraction tools here read those coordinates and rebuild the table the way your eye sees it, not the way the file stored it.

Arabic documents add a hurdle most competitors ignore: the text is stored letter by letter in presentation forms, in reversed visual order. Our engine rebuilds each Arabic word in its logical order — which is why it works on invoices that come out garbled in other tools.

Every tool in this group (6 tools) runs inside your browser — your file is never uploaded to any server. See how to check that yourself →
